Our Protective Covenants were written to protect the pristine environment of Maggie Lakes and provide owners the assurance that their property will not be negatively impacted by the actions of others. The Covenants are recorded as part of the deed for each lot in the Association.Maggie Lakes Owners Association, Inc. is a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation whose Bylaws are recorded in the Master Deed for the development with the Iron County Register of Deeds Office. Every owner at Maggie Lakes is a member of the Association. Owners elect a Board of Directors to manage the business and affairs of the Corporation.The Board of Directors, in section 4.13.A of the Bylaws, is given the power to “Adopt and publish rules and regulations governing the use of the Common Areas, and facilities, and the personal conduct of the Members and their guests thereon, and to establish penalties for the infraction thereof”.
