Road Committee

The Road Maintenance and Local Relations Committee provides oversight and recommendations for road maintenance, snow removal, and bridge or road modification and construction, including boat access roadways. The committee ensures that there is uniform signage on all roads and properties. The committee also works with local town and county officials to ensure that services they make available to taxpaying residents are appropriately extended to members of our Association. The committee will also work to establish relationships with area voluntary organizations whose activities benefit the owners. Regular road maintenance involves grading and snowplowing. The Association has contracts with vendors to provide these services on a timely basis. Additional work, such as adding gravel, is done on an as needed basis and notice for when that type of work will happen will be given on the home page in the news column.
